In track we do some stretches then we run. At first we run little, like at first when we started we did 50s,150s,it was hard that day cause it was cold and the wind was blowing pretty good to where it makes it hard to run.Then the next day we did 200s,300s.After that we did it a little harder...we did 400s and 800s.And today we did 400s or 300s,secondly we had to sprint it was hard for me a little cause my ankle was hurting really bad and I couldn't really run as fast as I usually do. So far theirs 2 girls who are doing hurdles, and I think 2 other girls are going to do high jumps. We also stay after school for practice but we don't get to unless we have after school tutoring.
